Returns:

  • Online purchases are eligible for money back minus shipping charges within 14 DAYS of the original SHIPMENT DATE from AMaVo; excluding Lifestyle product, Accessories, Gift Cards, & Sale items .
  • Lifestyle products, Accessories, & Gift Cards are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Items should be free of excessive fragrance, perfume, smoke or harsh odors.
  • All returns require that the original order form and return form be included within the package being returned.
  • The returned package should have the provided label with the original shipment date FROM AMaVo attached to the outside of the package as stated on your return policy.
  • If the date that the package arrives back to us is after the allotted 14 days of the original shipment date, the package will be rejected by our returns department and sent back to you. 
  • Returns are processed within 2-5 business days.
  • Returns are completed at your own discretion and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. 
  • We do not refund shipping charges. 

Exchanges:

  • Because of our limited quantities and shared in-store inventory, if you are exchanging for a different size of the same item, we recommend purchasing your desired size while it is still available. We will issue the refund for the size that did not work when we receive it back in the mail as long as return instructions were followed.

Shipping & Processing:

  • AMaVo accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
  • Be sure to include the correct shipping address at checkout.
  • Any order placed Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. central standard time will be processed and shipped out within 2-3 business days of the order date pending availability and any needed credit verification.
  • With a minimum purchase of $50 or more at shopamavo.com, we offer complimentary shipping*.
  • *You must purchase a total of $50.00 worth of merchandise before taxes, shipping and handling. Valid on standard U.S. ground shipping to U.S. delivery addresses in the 48 continental states only. Not valid for international delivery addresses or Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.

  • We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Orders placed on Fridays after 4 pm central standard time or over the weekends will begin processing the following Monday.

  • AMaVo ships USPS & UPS to the 48 continental United States.

 

In-Store Pick Up:

  • By selecting the free "Sioux Falls In-Store Pickup" option at checkout, you are choosing to physically retrieve your items from our store location at 5015 S. Western Ave. Suite #260, Sioux Falls, SD 57108, during regular store business hours after receiving the pick up confirmation email.
  • You'll receive a confirmation email when your items are prepared and ready to pick up from the store within 24-48 hours of your purchase.
  • Any order placed on Friday's after 4 p.m. through Sunday with the selection of In-Store Pick Up will be notified via email the following Monday when their order is available for pick up from the store location.
