Return Policy

*Please Note Recent Changes are effective as of October 17th, 2019*

Online purchases are eligible for Store Credit minus shipping charges within 14 days of the original shipment date from AMaVo.

  • Please print and fill out the above Return Form and include within your return packaging.
  • Store Credit will be emailed to you via a digital gift card which can be used on online or in store purchases as you see fit. Please keep a copy of the store credit email so you have access to the custom gift card code.
  • Lifestyle product, Accessories, Gift Cards, & Sale items are final sale.
  • Returned clothing must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached. Items should be free of excessive fragrance, perfume, smoke or harsh odors.
  • Please allow 2-3 business days for your return to process once the package has arrived back to us.
  • Returns are sent back at your own discretion and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot refund shipping fees.

Items returned after the 14 day timeframe from the original shipment date will be refused. The original shipment date can be found in your shipping confirmation email.

You can bring your online purchase into the store to make your return and avoid additional shipping fees if you'd like. Please print and fill out the Return Form on this page and bring in with your return.

  In store purchases are subject to our in-store returns policy which is found on the bottom of the provided in store receipt.

Holiday Return Policy

We are so excited to have you shopping with us throughout the holiday season. If you are purchasing from us with intentions of gifting any products, please note that within your order notes at checkout when possible.

Gifted purchases made from November and December are eligible for our holiday returns policy, due back to us by January 2nd, 2021 unless the 14 day return window allows for more time based on actual purchase date.

Store Credit will be issued for these purchases via a digital gift card which can be emailed to the email provided, or forwarded to the gift receiver if needed.

Shipping Information

  • Online purchases of $100+ automatically ship free. All other purchases are subject to our $5.99 shipping fee.
  • Tracking numbers and shipment confirmations are sent to the email provided during the checkout process.
  • We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Orders placed on Fridays or over the weekends will begin processing the following week.
  • Please allow additional processing time during large blowout sales.
  • We do not refund shipping fees.

In Store Pick Up

Local customers can utilize our FREE in store pick up when given the option at checkout.

You will be emailed when in store pick up packages are available. Please plan to pick up during our regular business hours.

  In store pick up packages must be picked up within 30 days. Delayed pick ups will be sent a reminder email and given two weeks to respond before items are donated.


1. Can I return online items back to the store?

Yes! Avoid additional shipping fees by simply bringing your online return back to our store along with your original order form and we will process your return there or help you swap out sizes on items if possible.

2. Can I return and item I purchased from your sale section?

All items purchased from our sale section and from our annual blowout sales are Final Sale and cannot be returned. This is true for both online and in store.

4. How does store credit work?

Store Credit will be emailed to you via a digital gift card which can be used on online or in store purchases as you see fit. Please keep a copy of the store credit email so you have access to your custom gift card credit code.

Store Credit Expires Within ONE YEAR.

How to handle an exchange:

Due to limited size quantities and quick product turn over we do not process online exchanges. We recommend first purchasing the size and/or item you would like to guarantee that you receive it and then send back the item or size that did not work out.
